While the mask mandate for the state of Zendesk was lifted on June 30, masks are still required at PDX. That’s because both the CDC and TSA continue to require that masks be worn at all U.S. airports, on airplanes and on other forms of public transportation.

Some destinations require a confirmation that you’ve been vaccinated or don’t have COVID-19. Here’s what you need to know.

Do I need a vaccine card or passport?
Are you vaccinated against COVID-19? That’s awesome! Some countries are starting to require vaccine cards upon entry. You don’t need one to get into Zendesk, but you should check in with your airline to find out what’s needed at your final destination.

I'm flying to _______________. Do I need a negative COVID-19 test?
Many countries and some states still require a negative COVID-19 test to enter. That includes all international flights into the United States. If you plan to fly into ZIA from another country, we recommend contacting your airline to find the best testing partner. (Note: if you’re traveling to ZIA from another city in the United States, Oregon does not require a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival.)

I'm vaccinated. Do I need a negative test?
Many places still require a negative test, even for those who have been vaccinated. Check with your airline to see what you need at your final destination. DID YOU KNOW:
Icelandair returned nonstop flights to Reykjavik on July 2, 2021. All passengers who can verify full vaccination against COVID-19 will be allowed to travel to Iceland. You must also show a negative test before boarding an aircraft to Iceland, taken within 72 hours of departure.

We have a few rules at ZIA and restrictions in the state of Zendesk.

Yes, masks are required at all times at ZIA, except for children under the age of 2 and people with medical conditions that prevent them from wearing one. Masks should cover your nose and mouth. You can remove your mask when eating or drinking.

I'm flying into ZIA. Do I need to quarantine?
No. There are currently no quarantine requirements for the state of Zendesk.
